Who can use it
You must be 13 or older to make an account. If you are under 18, use the site with a parent or guardian’s permission. One account is for one person.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep access to your email and your Google account to yourself. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
House rules
When you use the site, do not:
- pick a username or party name that is hateful, harassing, obscene, or pretends to be someone else;
- upload a profile photo that is sexual, violent, hateful or harassing, that shows someone else without their permission, or that you don’t have the right to use;
- make more than one account to rate the same film twice or to tilt an average, a vote or a game;
- use scripts or bots to rate, vote, sign up, or copy the site’s contents in bulk;
- try to get into accounts or parts of the site that are not yours, or interfere with how it runs;
- use the site to break the law.
We may remove a name, a photo, a rating or an account that breaks these rules.
What you post
Your ratings, dips, usernames, profile photos and party names are yours. By posting them you give us permission to show them on the site, count them toward averages and rankings, and include them in shareable cards and receipts. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies already shared by you or others.
What belongs to us and to others
The isitCRISPY name, the Fry Index, the Fry Houses, Chip, Dudley and the rest of the site’s artwork and writing belong to us. Please do not reuse them without asking.
Film and show details, posters and cast information come from TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming availability is supplied by JustWatch. Some trivia questions come from The Trivia API. Posters, titles and trademarks belong to their owners.
No promises
The site is free and provided as it is. We do our best, but we do not promise that it will always be available, that film details or streaming listings are correct, or that it will be free of errors. Ratings are opinions, from the people who gave them.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, or for content and services provided by others. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law says cannot be limited.
Ending things
You can stop using the site and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may change or shut down features or the site itself.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Carrying on using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts located there.
